Jonathan A. Peck practices in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning and Corporate Law.

Jon has built one of the largest residential real estate practices in Eastern Connecticut. Respected by the real estate professionals in our area, Jonathan has represented buyers, sellers and lenders in thousands of real estate transactions over the past thirty five years. His extensive experience in conveyancing proves beneficial to the firm’s clients in resolving title issues and disputes that may have been difficult to overcome for someone with less experience. Jon is co-general counsel to the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors and is chairman of the Real Estate Section of the New London County Bar Association.

Jon also works with individuals and families to plan for their futures and their legacy. His approach to Estate Planning involves assessing clients’ values and ideals in crafting an estate plan that will best reflect their goals. Being a well-rounded attorney, gives perspective to the issues faced by our clients.

Jonathan graduated from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, and attended Law School at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. He practiced for three years in Massachusetts, before moving to New London County to further his career in 1987. Jonathan is a member of American Land Title Association, American, Connecticut and New London County Bar Associations and admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Jon lives with his two children in Waterford and enjoys golf at Great Neck Country Club and any other course he is invited to.
